Vietnam to delay 4G licensing to 2015

Vietnam will postpone 4G licensing until 2015, after operators have conducted trials as well as an assessment of market demand for the new technology. The Authority of Radio Frequency Management (ARFM) says that five mobile operators were allowed to run basic 4G trials since 2010 but as demand for 3G is still low it is not yet a good time to provide new services.
