Videotron Launches Pre-Orders for Samsung Galaxy S 4

Videotron has announced that the Samsung Galaxy S 4 is available for pre-order. The Samsung Galaxy S 4 is available for CAD 199.95 with a monthly plan that costs CAD 49.95 or more and will also be available for CAD 649.95 retail. The Samsung Galaxy S 4 features a 13-megapixel rear camera, a dual camera feature and a 5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display.
