Unicom targets 3G revenues of CNY 70 bln

China Unicom is planning to more than double the number of 3G subscribers before year-end. The company currently has over 40 million 3G customers and aims to end the year with 90 million. The company also expects 3G revenues to exceed CNY 70 billion this year, up from CNY 40 billion last year.
