Ucell to double rate of Whole World service

Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell plans to double the subscription rate of the Whole World service from 31 October. The daily rate will rise to USD 0.02. Calls to the CIS-countries are offered for USD 0.25 per minute under the service, with other international calls costing USD 1.15 per minute. The activation rate totals USD 0.05.
