Ucell Offers Bonus with Top-Ups

Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell is running a promotion in the regions, offering a 15 percent bonus on top-ups of at least USD 1.5. The bonus should be spent within three days and can be used for outgoing on-net calls and SMS. The promotion is aimed at subscribers of five prepaid Ucell tariffs in Tashkent, Andizhan, Dzhizak, Samarkand and Bukhara regions. The offer is available until 16 October.
