Ucell Launches Voice Portal

Uzbek mobile operator Ucell has introduced an entertainment voice portal with Intech Media Group. Customers can call a shortcode and then select a horoscope, weather forecast, a congratulation to send to others, or a joke. Weather and horoscope subscriptions are priced at USD 0.60 while individual services cost USD 0.10.
