Ucell Launches New Voice VAS-Services

Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell, in cooperation with content provider Mobi Tel Inform, has launched new voice connection VAS services. The entertainment mobile portal and STV TV channel portal offer chat and entertaining services for USD 0.75 per minute rate.
