Ucell Launches ILD Calls Promo, Changes Roaming Rates

Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell has introduced ILD calls promotion to subscribers in the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions. The activation of its Whole World offer for three months is offered free until 3 September, with no subscription fee. Ucell also announced changes to the conditions of its Communication without Borders roaming offer. Incoming calls will cost USD 0.30 per minute in the CIS states and the TeliaSonera Eurasia zone. The rate totals USD 0.70 in all other zones.
