Ucell Cuts Postpaid International Call Prices

Uzbekistan mobile operator Ucell has reduced international call prices significantly for its postpaid subscribers. Calls to Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia and Georgia were reduced by over 70 percent, and calls to Kazakhstan, Turkmenstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan were almost halved to USD 0.33 per minute. The rate of calls to Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and other Asian states has also been cut, to prices starting from USD 2 per minute. Calls to the Americas, Australia and Africa start from USD 1.85 per minute.
