Nokia will manage the complete its vendor Telenor network operations by using its global service delivery tools. According to the contract, Nokia will implement AVA cognitive services platform. Additionally, this platform will deploy for the very first time in Pakistan. Furthermore, it will enable predictive and customer-centric approaches to network enhancement, operations and maintenance.

The implementation of this software for customers Insight will support the telecom operator to make investment based on Insights. This softare platform will integrate cloud based delivery. It will further help intelligent analytic and extreme automation to deliver instant services in Pakistan.
According to the company, this platform will help the country to develop flawless services. A network will be managed around a model based on core competencies. By implementing such network, Telenor can focus on network government strategy while field operations will mange by Nokia.
Furthermore, a total of 233 engineers and technology experts will join Nokia as part of the contract.
