Tele2 Kazakshtan adds voice mail fee for inactive customers

Mobile operator Tele2 Kazakhstan plans to introduce a new daily fee for its voice mail service from 27 November. A fee of KZT 1 will be applied if the subscriber has not used any paid services from the operator in 75 days.
