Tele2 Kazakhstan launches Knock-Out tariff in Aktau

Mobile operator Tele2 Kazakhstan has introduced its Knock-Out tariff in the city of Aktau and in the Mangystau region. With the service, the operator is providing calls for KZT 6 per minute to all Kazakhstan networks to subscribers within the home region.
