Tele2 Kazakhstan Connects To National Traffic Exchange

Mobile operator Tele2 Kazakhstan is now connected to Kazakhstan Traffic Exchange. The connection will enable the operator to optimize equipment loading, and raise download capacity to Kazakhstan internet resources for its subscribers. The Kazakhstan Traffic Exchange was launched last year in Almaty; it enables Kazakshtan ISPs to exchange internet traffic without using international internet links.
