As a technical writer your core responsibilities will be to plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures, manuals, software requirement specification, high level design document, interface control document, user guides, installation guides, API documents, release notes, product descriptions, quick reference guide, design specifications, test scripts and training manual



  • Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
  • Provide guidance to team members and review their documentation



  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including experience researching and writing excellent documentation for developers (APIs, SDKs, web technologies)
  • Proficiency in English writing and communication
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Excel, Ms Visio and other required tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
  • Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking


Good to have

  • Programming language knowledge
