Tcell Stops Cheap Calls Option to Russia

Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell reported that it will stop connecting subscribers to the option offering calls to Russia at half the normal rate from 5 August. The option will be accessible for earlier connected subscribers until 30 September. Tcell introduced the service in cooperation with Russian mobile operator MTS. Calls to the MTS network are offered for TJS 0.30 from the third to tenth call minute and TJS 0.68 for other minutes.
