Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell has introduced its new Unlimited Communication option. Unlimited on-net calls within the capital city are offered for TJS 0.55 daily under the option. Activation costs TJS 1.65. Unlimited calls are accessible from 22.00hrs to 18.00hrs the next day.
