Tcell Launches Regional Option With Calls to Other Networks

Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell has launched its new ‘Everybody Own’ option aimed at subscribers in the Sogdi region. The option offers calls to other networks for TJS 0.065 per minute, the same as the rate for on-net calls. The activation rate for the option is TJS 2.75 and the offer is accessible until 31 July.
