Tcell cuts roaming rates in five countries

Tajikistan mobile operator Tcell announced that it to reduce its roaming rates in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey and Germany from 17 October. The rate for incoming calls will decline to USD 0.12 per minute there. The promotion will be valid until 17 January 2013.
