Takom offers free calls to Beeline Russia

Takom, working under the Beeline Tajikistan brand, has launched a promotion offering free calls to the network of Russian mobile operator Beeline. The subscription rate is waived, with connection rate costing USD 0.01. The promotion is available until 30 November.
