Facebook’s WhatsApp messaging service now has 2 billion users worldwide, the company announced in a blog post today, up from 1.5 billion and 1 billion users in 2018 and 2016, respectively.

During this outage, users took to Twitter to express their frustrations with the bugs and glitches. According to some comments posted on different sites, website dedicated to image-sharing, Instagram wass left unusable.

Many users posted comments like “Can’t see certain posts or post anything new! ANNOYING! Please fix this!”, “Not working. Loaded the image, was available for five minutes, people commented and then ‘can’t see.” On different websites. Additionally, the same issue occurred in the hit popular chat service WhatsApp.
Where all the users was commenting on this issue, the companies have not commented on the reason behind the issues.
