Kazakhstan mobile operator Kcell, controlled by the TeliSonera group, plans to modifiy its ‘Three Countries’ option. Calls to the United Arab Emirates at KZT 35 per minute will be offered under the option from 15 January. Calls to Uzbekistan will not be accessible.

The option is accessible for Kcell subscribers across the country. Calls to China will cost KZT 8 per minute and calls to Turkey KZT 25 per minute. The service costs KZT 200 per country chosen.
