Beeline has expanded the capacity of its international internet channel up to 2.2 Gbps.

Denis Kotlyarenko, technical director of Unitel, said that the wide scale expansion of network, which was carried out last year, put new requirements to communication channels. The growth of number of base stations in Uzbekistan, development of 3G technologies in all regions of Uzbekistan and serious plans for 2014 are those factors, which led to the decision on increasing internet channel’s capacity by 20%. 

Earlier, the capacity of international internet channel of Beeline was 1.8 Gbps.
