Telecom subscribers in Pakistan reached 133.24 million by end June 2016

Pakistan ended June with 133.2 million telecom subscribes, up from 133.4 million in May, according to statistics from Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA). Mobile operator Mobilink commanded the Pakistani mobile market with over 38.9 million mobile customers at end-May, followed by Telenor (39.1 million), CMPak (25.2 million), Ufone (19.8 million) and Warid (11 million). Similarly in case of 3G/4G subscribers, Pakistan ended june over 29.5 million, down from 29.7 million in May, Again Mobilink led the 3G/4G market with over 8.91 million subscribers, followed by Telenor (8.37 million 3G subscribers), CMPak (6.8 million 3G and 4G subscribers), and Ufone (5.2 million 3G subscribers). Warid had 347,132 LTE network subscribers at end-June, up from 330,876 in May.
