Ooredoo Qatar has announced the addition of the Category 9 LTE-Advanced standard to its mobile network, which utilises multiple 4G frequency bands to support download speeds of up to 325Mbps for customers. As reported by the Gulf Times, the mobile network upgrade, which is part of the ongoing ‘Ooredoo Supernet’ enhancement programme, is now available for all customers who have compatible devices, at no extra cost.
