Kyrgyzstan mobile operator Nur Telecom, working under the O! brand, has announced that payment system providers have increased their commission fee for payments for its services. The top-up fees rose on some payment systems from 1 January. The operator reminded customers that they can top-up without commission fees in shops of the operator, as well as in outlets of the Kyrgyzstan post.
