Nur Telecom, working under the O! brand, has reduced roaming rates for users using services under coverage of mobile operator Tele2 Russia, as well as connecting to the network of the Spain-based mobile operator Xfera. The rate of outgoing calls has been reduced tenfold to KGS 25 per minute on the Tele2 Russia network. Mobile internet will total KGS 4 per MB under the Xfera network, down 200-fold.
