Sky Mobile Resumes White-Label Smartphone Sales

Mobile operator Sky Mobile, working under the Beeline Kyrgyzstan brand, has resumed sales of the Beeline Smart white-label smartphone, featuring a 4-inch touch-screen and 3.2 megapixel main camera with flash. The device is powered by a dual-core 1.3 GHz processor and the Android 4.4 OS and supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and 3G. It was first presented in Kyrgyzstan at the end of 2014. Subscribers buying the device are offered 1.5-GB of mobile internet traffic.

Sky Mobile Expands Network in Southern Kyrgyzstan

Mobile operator Sky Mobile, working under the Beeline Kyrgyzstan brand, has launched 35 3,75G/HSPA+ base stations in Southern Kyrgyzstan. The quality of voice and mobile internet services has been raised in the Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions.

Sky Mobile Offers Bonus for Number Registration

Mobile operator Sky Mobile, working under the Beeline Kyrgyzstan brand, has introduced a promotion to subscribers registering their prepaid numbers in retail outlets of the operator. Customers getting 30 subscribers to register are offered a free white-label 3G modem, 5 GB internet traffic and 1,500 minutes of on-net calls. The promotion is valid until 20 December. According to a newly-adopted law, Kyrgyzstan mobile operators won’t be able to provide services for customers with unregistered prepaid Sims.

Sky Mobile Offers Wireless Internet in Public Libraries

Mobile operator Sky Mobile, working under the Beeline Kyrgyzstan brand, is continuing to provide free wireless internet in public libraries. The operator has supplied libraries in Osh and Issyk-Kul regions with free 3G modems and internet services at a discounted rate in April. Services of this kind were launched in the Jalal-Abad region in March. Sky Mobile plans to deliver the services in public libraries in every region across the country by the end of the year.
