Samsung Updated Galaxy S8 Software to Get Rid of Red Screens

Good news for Samsung lovers! Samsung Updated Galaxy S8 Software to Get Rid of Red Screens. After many complaints lodged by Galaxy S8 users, Samsung has decided to take a bold step. Samsung Galaxy S8 owners claimed that their smartphone screens was very much red in color which is not pleasant. Samsung has decided to eliminate this issue with a software upgrade.

A Samsung spokesperson Said:

Because there are some complaints about the red-tinted screens, we decided to upgrade the software next week for all Galaxy S8 clients

People who pre-ordered phones in South Korea started posting Pictures and complaints on social media just after they received the phones. When galaxy S8’s red screen began trending on Google, Samsung released a statement. Samsung claimed that S8 color problem can be fixed manually using the following sequence of actions: Settings > Display > Screen Mode > Color Balance.

Users still kept on complaining as this quick fix didn’t work for everyone. Samsung wanted to fix the ruined reputation of Exploding Note7 so decided to address complaints. The Galaxy S8 upgrade will be released next week. The new upgrade will have expanded S8’s color range. It will allow users to make the red color even lower.

Tough Samsung is ready to address the issue, they are not blaming S8 device for issue.

Samsung said:

“We will upgrade the software because of some dissatisfied customers although there is no problem in the phone itself.”
