Russian Regulator Investigates Uzbekistan Operators over MTS

Russian federal competition regulator FAS has initiated an investigation into Uzbekistan mobile operators. The investigation is related to activities by the company Rubicon Wireless Communication and the mobile operator Uzmobile, a subsidiary of Uztelecom. The operators are suspected of operating under a cartel agreement against MTS Uzbekistan.
