Osman Turan Appointed As Ucell CEO

Ucell has announced the appointment of new director-general of the company.

According to the operator, Osman Turan has been appointed as director-general of Ucell. At this post, Osman Turan replaced Ali Agan, who has been appointed as director-general of mobile operator Kcell (Kazakhstan). Prior to appointment as director-general of Ucell, Osman Turan was head of mobile communication operator Ncell (Nepal). Earlier, he worked at Georgia-based Geocell during eight years.
