Orange Armenia offers customer support on Facebook

For the easy access of customers Orange Armenia now offers its services and customer handling through Facebook.through facebook selected staff is going to handle all quires of consumers for an hour very week. The trial will run until the end of the year.
we can say it is also online help which will enable the customers to get necessary help directly through “chat” in case they might have questions or difficulties regarding Orange services or products.

This service is open to all, regardless whether they are Orange customers or not.

To use the service Orange customers should use their password for “My Orange page” self-care service and those who are not Orange customers, should register first.

We are quite convinced that this service will be especially comfortable for those in roaming, as in this case contacting Customer Care service will be free.
