Nokia Shows Off New Lumia 625

Nokia has shown off the “big thing” in the shape of an LTE smartphone with a 4.7 inch touchscreen display.

Lumia 625 runs on a 1.2GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of MicroSD-expandable storage, LTE connectivity, a 5-megapixel main camera, a VGA front-facing camera, and a 2,000mAh battery. Building on the Lumia design, the Nokia Lumia 625 includes five brightly colored changeable shells, which add to the Live Tile personalization brought by Windows Phone 8.


“With our largest smartphone screen to date, the Nokia Lumia 625 is a perfect example of how Nokia is delivering leading smartphone innovation and experiences at every price point,” said Jo Harlow, executive vice president, Nokia Smart Devices.

The estimated retail price of is EUR 220 excluding taxes and subsidies, and is planned to begin selling in China, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, Middle East, Africa and Latin America next month.
