Nokia Lumia 525 Officially Introduced

Nokia has officially unveiled the Nokia Lumia 525, its new entry-level Windows Phone 8 smartphone.

The Nokia Lumia 525 replaces the Nokia Lumia 520 in propping up the range, and its name reflects the incremental improvements found in the device itself. Nokia has not made many changes but it has simply upgraded the RAM to 525 to enable better multitasking and gaming experiences.
Nokia hasn’t given a release date for the 525 and currently only lists the device as being available in Africa, the Middle East, China, India and Vietnam.

Here’s the spec rundown on the newest member of Nokia’s Lumia family:

• 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor
• 5-megapixel rear camera
• 1GB RAM (up from 512MB on the Lumia 520)
• 8GB storage

• 1430mAh battery
• Windows Phone 8 with Lumia Black
