Nar Mobile launches Boomerang Tariff

Azerbaijan mobile operator Nar Mobile has introduced the Boomerang Tariff plan. The plan gives subscribers back seven minutes of domestic voice calls when they use at least seven minutes during one day. The bonus minutes must be used on the same day. The plan charges AZN 7 per minute for voice or video calls, AZN 3 per on-net SMS and AZN 4 for off-net SMS messages, mobile TV is priced at AZN 10 per MB, and data costs AZN 20 per MB.
