MTS Uzbekistan Spectrum to Go To New Operator

The spectrum that belonged to the mobile operator MTS Uzbekistan won’t be allocated to other mobile operators, neither fully or partially. A process to attract a new investor on the market has already been launched. MTS Uzbekistan was declared bankrupt earlier this year, leaving two GSM operators, Beeline Uzbekistan and Ucell, in Uzbekistan.
