MTS Turkmenistan Decided to Deploy 40 New Base Stations

The top telecommunications provider MTS is planning to expand its 3G network. In order to increase its 3G services, the operator decided to deploy 40 new base stations. MTS established commercial launch of 3G network in Turkmenistan in 2010. The operator confirmed the placement of “third generation” networks in all markets of operation of the MTS Group. Today, MTS deals high-speed mobile Internet access to subscribers and tourists throughout Turkmenistan.

Mobile operator has decided to expand its coverage and capability in different areas of Turkmenistan. Additionally, MTS will install new base stations in Dashoguz and Balkan regions.
