Mobily Allows Customers to Keep on calling after running out Their balance

Etihad Etisalat “Mobily” allows customers to add balance for the prepaid packages after the expiry of the basic balance. This enables customers to add extra balance up to 6 times, which stay the customers connected permanently. Mobily clarified that each time the subscriber orders this service, SAR 5 will be added to his balance. Accordingly, the customer can request the service six times to add total SAR 30 and the amount shall be settled through the next recharging process. Moreover, the customers can request 30 MB additional data when consuming the current data as the cost of such request is one Riyal only.
