Following complaints, the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection investigated the issue, reports. After finding evidence of excessive charges, the authority put the company on notice. Mobicom responded with a statement saying it had charged excessively due to a postpaid service contractor’s payment imbalance on 26 October.
