Megafon launches new mobile internet packs

Megafon, a Russian mobile operator will launch its new 3G/LTE mobile internet packages from 15 August. Subscribers are offered five different packages in the Moscow region, the S, M, L, XL and XXL packages.

The operator is also reducing the price of its Megafon LTE modem to RUB 1,990 and said it plans to offer a new LTE router in autumn.

Megafon also plans to exceed 100,000 LTE subscribers by the end of this year. Megafon provide LTE services through a MVNO agreement with the operator Scartel, working under the Yota brand.
