LTE consortium applies for joint use of mobile frequencies

An LTE consortium formed by Russian operators Rostelecom, Megafon, MTS and Beeline has applied to the Ministry of Communications for approval to share frequencies. The operators aim to join frequency bands in order to raise the quality of services, as well as to transfer bands to other operators.
