LG Uplus launches HD Voice over LTE

LG Uplus, a Korean communications provider has launched HD Voice over LTE. The operator said it would implement multi-carrier technology in its LTE network by the end of the year, starting in Seoul, while other cities will follow next year. Rival SK Telecom has also launched its HD Voice over LTE service.
