Kyrgyzstan reaches 6.3 mln mobile subscribers in 2012

Kyrgyzstan’s mobile subscriber base totaled over 6.3 million at the end of 2012, reports Tazabek citing Maksatbek Dykanov, the secretary at the Ministry of Communications. This means over 100 percent per capita mobile penetration. The number of internet users totaled 3.2 million.
