Kcell Offers Free Access to Twitter

Kazakhstan mobile operator Kcell, controlled by the TeliaSonera group, has introduced access to the mobile version of Twitter free over smartphones. Kcell claims the offer is a first among Kazakhstan mobile operators. The free access is possible for subscribers of Kcell, Activ and Vegaline networks of the operator using a special application for Android-powered smartphones.
