Kar-Tel Offers On-Net Call Packages

Mobile operator Kar-Tel, which works under the Beeline Kazakhstan brand, has introduced two on-net call packages. A package of 120 voice minutes is offered for KZT 690 and a package of 180 call minutes costs KZT 990.
