Kar-Tel Expands Network in Remote Locations

Mobile operator Kar-Tel, working under the Beeline Kazakhstan brand, has started providing mobile services along the road and railway connecting Kandyagash and Emba. Separately, the operator said it was the first mobile operator to start services in the cities of Izimbet and Taldysay in the Aktobe region. Services were also launched in the Zhurun municipality. The operator is currently deploying 3G in the Mulgalzhar municipality.
