Kar-Tel Cuts Rate of Calls to Uzbekistan

Kar-Tel, working under the Beeline Kazakhstan brand, has reduced the rate of calls to Uzbekistan under its ‘Whole Uzbekistan’ service. The price will total KZT 9 per minute to mobile operators Beeline Uzbekistan, Ucell, UzMobile and Perfectum Mobile, as well as to local telephony networks from 17 July. The service is available to prepaid subscribers of the operator.
