Azerbaijan to start IMEI registration in December

Azerbaijan will launch a national system for registering International Mobile Equipment Identifier (IMEI) codes in December, according to Iltimas Mamedov, the vice-minister at the Ministry of ITC. Work on the issue started three years ago and the government approved the launch of the system earlier this year.
