Gartner, one of the world leading authorities on IT research and advisory has now named Huawei as one of the Leaders in its 2017 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs report. Huawei Named Leader in Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Recently by the report evaluates solutions that it provides billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions.

According to Gartner, ‘Leaders’ are vendors that would normally be included on shortlists for IRCM solutions for large and mid-sized CSPs worldwide. They perform profitably by grow their revenue and have a presence in all major markets. Their functionality is above average and their technology and scalability are leading edge.

In addition that they also engage in innovative projects and activities, carefully listening to their customer base and executing projects to their customers’ satisfaction. Although they are engaged in understanding the underlying and emerging patterns/trends in revenue and customer management activities.
