Google Releases App for Tracking Lost Android Devices

Google has released an Android Device Manager app that can track the location of other lost Android devices that a user might own.

It works identically to the existing web based application, and lets users see the location of any device associated with their Google account, phone the device or perform a factory reset of the information in the device if it has been stolen.

The company said that the app is particularly useful if user is out and about and don’t have access to a computer.

The app is free to download on Google Play
