Ericsson appointed Wojciech Bajda to Motivate Company’s Business in the GCC. Ericsson in Middle East and Africa has selected Wojciech Bajda as head of Ericsson. He will be answerable for motivating the company’s business in the Gulf Council Countries (GCC) markets. He will also responsible to driving the company’s business for Zain Group within Ericsson. Bajda also appointed as a member of the Leadership Team.
Ericsson Middle East and Africa President Rafiah Ibrahim says:

Our focus remains to be our customer’s trusted partner of choice across the Middle East and Africa market and with this new team, I am confident that we will be able to achieve our wanted position.

He further added:
As we form the new Market Area Leadership Team, I would like to thank those leaving the previous regional Leadership Team. They have taken a key role in driving the company during times of change and we appreciate and value their contributions.
Bajda linked with Ericsson Poland in year 2000 as a sales manager. He has engaged on diverse sales positions during his occupancy in Ericsson. He engaged with T-Mobile as key account manager, the biggest Ericsson account in Poland. Wojciech started working on his international projects with Ericsson in 2009 and worked in Africa running Orange and Millicom accounts. Then, in 2013, he moved to Ukraine. Furthermore, he led Ericsson business in Eurasia consisting of 11 countries from Belarusia to Mongolia.
Bajda graduated with M Sc In Electronics from Technical University of Lodz in Poland in 1999 and has completed MBA at University of Bradford UK in 2005
